Cancellation Policy
A 50% fee will be charged for any no-show or cancellation/reschedule made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. The fee will be charged to the card on file. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service while still being charged the full service price. If there is not enough time to complete the appointment, it may be cancelled and the cancellation fee will apply. Repeated no-shows, late cancellations, or excessive lateness may result in loss of booking privileges.
